The piece

Cut, layered,
mounted, framed

Each portrait starts as Tedooo's design. It is sculpted in glass, each piece cut to its shape and layered into dimensional relief, so the face stands off the ground and the layered glass catches the light; the eyes get the most time.

Then the relief is mounted on a natural linen ground and framed in a walnut shadow box, deep enough to hold it, ready to hang. A piece made from your own photo can carry a name beneath the portrait.

Shipping

Built and packed in our studio, its corners protected, and tracked end to end. It reaches most addresses in about five weeks. The estimate for yours is shown before you pay.

Hanging & care

It arrives ready to hang on the shadow box's own fitting. Dust it with a soft dry brush or a cold hairdryer rather than a cloth: the surface is layered glass. Keep it out of hours of strong direct sun, which yellows the linen in time.
